Tarotscopes: December 2012

Hello Lovelies!

 It is time for the December horoscopes!!! This month I am working with Major Tom's Tarot of Marseilles by Tom Schick. Named after the author's father it is a really beautiful attempt at bringing one of my favorite tarot styles back into popularity. The Tarot of Marseilles is what was THE tarot deck all the way up until the time of the Rider-Waite deck, it was the standard. Arthur & his partner changed that in creating more elaborate environments for the pips. But personally I love the simplicity of the pips cards from the Marseilles style decks as I feel it truly shows the beauty & importance of the Major Arcana. Major Tom's deck continues that tradition with bright, bold color choices, updated clothing styles (no it's not your great-great-great-great-great-great-grandma's deck) that still retain the classic feel of the Marseilles tarot style. Aside from the deck itself the book is comprehensive & one of the only decks I've seen where they show the importance of the colors & numerology of the tarot.

Sagittarius - Happy Birthday!! You start out the month in the King of Swords giving you the gusto that you need in order to do what has to be done in your current situation. You may feel stuck between a rock & a hard place or in a situation where you know SOMEONE will end up feeling hurt, draw strength from the King of Swords & recognize the importance of this crossroads. This situation will be a game changer for you. The 1 Cups card follows you into midmonth leaving you feeling unconditional love & satisfaction in your current environment. It also may bring a sense of completion to your current journey with the 8 of Swords ending the month reminding you that you are not quite done yet. Don't be surprised if you feel stuck at the end of the month just ride it out until January. Think of it a little like Mercury in retrograde, don't do anything use the time to introvert & review.

Aries - The 2 of Swords greets you at the beginning of the month indicating a state of indecision or a stalemate between to people. Now is not the time to try to come to conclusions or compromises let things stand as they are until you move into the Conjurer mid-month. He represents the will to create now is the time to move plans into action, you can literally move heaven & earth to make things happen! You end the month in the 4 of Batons which indicates you are enjoying your routines, it can also bring a sense of joy with an anniversary, wedding, birth or birthday!

Taurus - You start the month in the 6 of Coins giving you a sense of balance & an eye towards charity or generosity towards others. Mid-month you move into the 7 of Swords telling you to take a chance or a risk on a new project or person! You end the month with Justice giving you the energy to receive what you deserve.

Gemini -  You begin as the Empress giving you growth & nurturing, now is the time to allow yourself to bloom! The 8 of Cups starts you on a new spiritual journey, embrace it & gain a new sense of self. You end the month in The Devil indicating that you may be boxing yourself in be careful of restrictions you may put on yourself. 

Cancer - Now is the time to see the effect of your actions as seen in the Queen of Swords. For good or for negative you reap what you sow. You move into the Cavalier of Cups next giving you the energy to go to the ends of the earth to do what you love or to help those you love. Know that your persistence & nurturing nature will pay off for you. Ending the month in the Cavalier of Swords we see the need for discipline & a more established routine to help get you back in balance. 

Leo - The Valet of Swords is ready to march at your order in the beginning of December the orders are simple explore the relationship between your friends and relationships! You sweep into the 5 of Batons giving you permission to blow off steam, but be sure that when your done you go back to your project with a fresh perspective and an eye towards teamwork.The 4 of Cups is where you end your month showing that even though it may be the holiday season boredom sets in and you may feel like your spinning your wheels when in fact there are opportunities all around you. Open your eyes and be ready to receive your miracles.

Virgo - You find yourself in the Queen of Cups you may be more apt to empathizing with the people, animals and situations around you. There is a reason for this, Universe gives us mirrors in other people, it's time to learn your lessons by empathizing with others. Mid-month we see you moving into the 3 of Coins, indicating that you will be getting recognition or rewards in your work, bask in the glory! You end the month in the Hermit, recognize the wonderful education you've received this past year & appreciate how much you've grown.

Libra - 10 of Coins stops in at the beginning of the month telling you to relax & allow prosperity to come to you, don't block it with doubt & fear. The money is right there for the taking. The Valet of Batons comes in to offer you a chance to learn something new embrace it! You end the month with The World giving you the sense of something missing having been found and a feeling of completeness.

Scorpio - Now is the time to get committed & allow yourself to love something around you more than you do yourself, this is the message that the Valet of Cups brings with him. With this new found or rekindled love you will hop in The Chariot & race off to victory mid-month. The 9 of Batons ends the month for you, indicating telling you to watch your health & continue to fight for your causes!

Capricorn - The Papess greets you at the beginning of your journey this month, she tells you to use your intuition and really let your gut be your guide. The King of Coins stops you mid-month telling you to stop for a second and really consider the path you have set yourself on for this life. Is it truly what you want or would you like to make changes? Now is the time to plan. You end in the 2 of Batons indicating a temporary hold on things, don't get frustrated or upset if things come to an abrupt halt but know that they will clear up in a little bit.

Aquarius -  You begin December in the 1 of Swords telling you to keep an eye open for a big surprise (in a good way) a new opportunity or idea is headed your way. On the flipside of it though you may also find someone suddenly upset or angered with you & it comes out of left field. Either way in the end it is a good experience. Judgement shows up mid-month giving you a huge wake up call! Time to open your eyes beautiful & see the situation or your life for what it truly is. You end the month with the Cavalier of Coins urging you on at work keep pushing to get what you want!

Pisces - King of Batons meets you at the beginning of the month he brings with him a sense of clarity when it comes to a very muddy situation. Temperance enters your sphere mid-December telling you that now is the time to mix opposing forces to bring a vision into creation.You end in the 1 of Coins indicating a new business venture, opportunity to make money and financial success!

Tarotscopes: November 2012

Hi Lovelies! It's November and time for your tarotscopes!! This month I used Inspiration for Survivors created & illustrated by Aunia Kahn with the companion book written by Russell J. Moon.
I am really excited over this deck, although not a traditional tarot (it only has 44 cards) and more of an oracle the premise is extremely interesting. EVERYONE IS A SURVIVOR! Anytime you have a complication, obstacle or situation to overcome you immediately become a survivor of that circumstance.
I will say the art is absolutely GORGEOUS & so inspirational one of my particularly favorite cards is 'Even in Chaos You Can Find Peace.' the grunge theme to it & the barren nature of the card leaves a haunting feeling that is unsettling & peaceful at the same time.
I would recommend this deck to absolutely ANYONE! Reader or not it is a VERY inspiring deck with a lot of practical wisdom & encouragement to help you get through the day. Th e only thing I would change about this deck is I wish it were numbered, for those that are not intuitive readers & would prefer to use the book it makes it a little bit more difficult to find the cards chosen for that day.
This month I will not be pulling multiple cards for each sign, instead we will give you a theme from the deck for all of November! So let's get on to the Tarotscopes!

Scorpio -  Happy Birthday Scorpio! Your theme for this month is 'We are Reflections of Each Other' this card indicates that you must look past the self and recognize that we are all interconnected through Universal Energy. To me this card may also say that you will be meeting someone or a group of people who are either kindred spirits or may help to cast reflection on your current situation. An instance of this happened to me recently where I was doing a reading for a client who, although faced with a situation of different circumstances basically had the same emotional reactions I did to my current problem. Inherently the same obstacle just with a different cast of characters, it allowed me to be more objective because I was looking at a reflection not at my own situation.

Aries - 'Every Soul Has a Story' and you need to embrace yours & the stories of those around you. Each chapter of that story helps to mold you into the person you have become, flaws & all. They are our life lessons, our gifts & whether negative or positive our blessings. Before you judge someone, listen to the story of their life, look beyond the physical & peer into their soul, read their record & then decide where they belong in your life.

Taurus - It is important that you 'Follow the Path to Joy it is Right Before You' Taurus. You are the creator of your own personal joy, everyone is void of something at some point in their life & although we may try to fill it with the material things it is not that which we crave. Rather it is the understanding & acceptance of who we are or creating a plan & making strides towards who we wish to become which aids us in creating a full heart & a blissful life.

Gemini - Remember this...'You Can Go Anywhere & Do Anything' there are no limits, only those you impose upon yourself. Now is the time to recognize your freedoms & bring your dreams to realization! Sometimes it may take a drastic change to help become who we want to be, this could be a move, a change in love or career. Either way know that you can change on a dime & still find bliss, or success...you have no limits!

Cancer - Please keep in mind that 'In Our Darkest Times We Are Never Alone' no matter how dark it is there is always someone around you can reach out to. Whether by phone, visit or even just by faith you constantly have the support. However it will be up to you to reach out, be open & share your problems don't assume that you are a burden to others by sharing your issues. You may just be the reflection that Scorpio is looking for!

Leo - No matter what you do or your situation 'Chains can be Broken' whether emotional attachments to the past or current attachments to a loved one it is possible to free yourself! There are no excuses to being held back as there is always a choice to be made or action to be taken. In this instance it may mean moving someone into your outer circle, breaking up with a significant other, leaving a career or ending a business deal or partnership. Either way this is change that comes with sacrifice, even if we fear cutting the cord it is worth it in the end.

Virgo - Your message for this month is 'May We Gain Peace & Spiritual Grounding' open your heart and mind to the spiritual connections all around you. Whether you look to deities or just the earth's own energy now is the time to embrace that link & ground yourself within it. Faith will take you through this month, much better than planning will at this point.

Libra - Stand up! 'Be a Superhero for Others Shine Light Back to Them' you don't need to find a phone booth where you can change, you don't even need to have a cool cape! Being a superhero to someone in your life could be as simple as giving them a smile, pat on the back, a shoulder to cry on or that ONE person  that your friend/family/spouse can talk to without judgment. It will be as good for them as it is for you.

Sagittarius - Try to 'Hold a Stuffed Animal & Feel It's Soft Heart' something that simple can turn your day from bad to good. A study showed that partners who hugged for five minutes a day had a more successful relationship & sense of cohesion within their environment. Right now things may feel a little out of sorts for you, sit down with your partner, pet or stuffed animal & give a hug.

Capricorn - 'Emotions are the Freedom Given to Express Ourselves' give yourself permission to go through your feelings and be honest with your sense of expression. Not everything is happy go lucky and you can't pretend that it is or just stuff your feelings because it is uncomfortable in that moment. 

Aquarius - At some point or another 'We Must All Let Go of Hiding Behind a Mask' allow yourself to let go of false perceptions that others have about you! We all have the innate ability to become the chameleon in order to fit in within our group or to aid in smoothing over situations. Now is not the time to call upon that skill, rather shed the mask and let the REAL you shine!

Pisces - It's time to 'Get Lost in the Sound of Music' and I don't mean the movie (although it was really good) a song has the ability to calm our mind & heart. It feels as though this month will be pretty chaotic for you Pisces so be sure to have some good tunes to listen (and sing) to as you go about your business.

Tarotscopes September 2012

Hello Lovelies!

So this months deck is a very unique one created by Jolie DeMarco an intuitive, medium, & Reiki Master/Teacher hailing from Florida. The deck consists of a variety of channeled Mandalas that each have a sense of power enabling healing whether on the physical, spiritual or mental level. The Healing Mandala Oracle Cards are extremely interesting and well thought out with colors that provoke instinctive reactions to aid you in opening yourself to the healing energy for the pictures. With a channeled message, how to use the card, esssences that would work for someone who picked the card and research done through Jolie's use of the deck in readings this deck gives a nice big picture to the sitter. I suggest this deck for absolutely anyone and everyone! Even though this is not the typical tarot it is a phenomenal deck that can be used in so many ways it's ridiculous! Definitely a shoe-in for one of my top decks of 2012!  Now on to the Tarotscopes!

Virgo - Happy Birthday Virgo!! Your mandala for this month is The Eyes of Light! Bringing with it a sense of peace & serenity on all levels! The channeled message is "Eyes of Light watching you. Aquarius - Your mandala for this month is It is the Center of Oneself! This mandala helps you to connect to your soul's purpose indicating that Universe may be bringing opportunities your way or putting you at a crossroads in order to aid you in finding that goal. The channeled message is,"Feeling the inner self of the soul of humans. It  will help humans realize the soul's purpose on earth. Crystal quartz also green tourmaline together." Look at your life's purpose particularly in relation to work at this point it may be time for a change or reaffirmation of your reason for being.

Pisces - Your mandala for this month is Urgency of Light! Move Pisces!!! Get working on it! Now is the time to stop thinking and just start doing!!! The channeled message for this mandala is,"Beauty within. 4 corners of Light. Centered & Light. Human core & soul needed. Danger, danger." This mandala is causing quick movement forward, Universe is not giving you a choice, the energies are propelling you forward at light speed! Roll with it and recognize that change is coming whether you want it or not. However, this is change for the positive so don't stress on it.

August 2012 Tarotscopes

Hello Lovelies!
August is here already!!! Anyone else have whiplash? The months are just FLYING by at light speed and here I sit again your humble prognosticator with another month of predictions, omens and a review! Now I know last May I was pretty tough on the ShadowFox Tarot (by Richard &  Jennifer ShadowFox)  but I believe that the Deck of Heroes is a true redeemer, the graphics are the same as the ShadowFox Tarot but the colors come through and they are extremely inspiring. The book is fantastic (which I wasn't really surprised about) its easy to tell that Richard knows and respects the tarot but also acknowledges that it is not the end all be all of divination systems. I was VERY excited about this deck! I suggest it be one for anybody who ever read a romance novel! Inspired by the cards I have changed some of the format of the Tarotscope for this month, rather than talking about you we will be telling you about the hero! Now most of the heroes in this deck are men but it is not a slight against the females Richard explains in his book that he felt it would come across better. Which it did. Anyway, so the hero is you this month whether male or female although I may refer a lot to the 'he' it is simply part of the story for this month!


Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22) – Happy Birthday Leo!!! You begin the month in the Nine of Pentacles as a hero hangs pentacles upon the wall while his lady watches on. This card indicates that you will be going through a time of self-dependence, it's all on you but it's okay, your flourishing! Mid-month brings with it the Five of Cups, where our hero stands in front of a grave still mourning his loss and unable to move forward. This card asks you to please let go of past trauma, give yourself permission to move forward, Universe is only waiting to hear that you are ready. At the end of the month you enter into The Fool! Looking ahead on a beautiful white horse our wonderful beefy blonde protagonist ventures forward beginning a new journey. Although uncertain of the EXACT path, this card tells us that you are meant to be there. This could apply to many things, a new business, partnership, romance or even a move. Either way, look at it as an adventure and an opportunity to expand and grow!


Aries (March 21 - April 20) –   The beginning of the month our hero is reminiscing about simpler times, thinking about family and love in the Six of Cups. As he contemplates the past he happens upon someone he hasn't seen in a VERY long time! What a surprise! Next our hero moves into the Two of Wands stands on the parapet looking out at the full moon thinking about what comes next. He may be moved to explore more options beyond the original plan. At the end of the month we see our hero in the standing on a wooden bridge, pike in hand, as he enters the Nine of Wands. He is on guard as you should be...the question becomes why? He must be wary of the people around him.

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) – Two heroes face off while standing on the roof of a great tower in the Two of Swords the tension between the two keeps them in perfect sync and balance. But the threat still lingers. As each hero evaluates the other fears arise and it keeps them both in a stalemate. Whichever overcomes their fears first will be declared the winner in this brilliant and deadly dance. A hooded hero stands in a red haze his arms crossed each holding long swords. His is the presence of a change that can't be reversed...he is Death. There may be fear, there may be resistance but either way he will come, and he will bring change with him. At the end of the month our hero sits upon his bed, head in his hands he looks out his door into the moonlight where the 9 Swords sit in the doorway. As he looks sightlessly towards the door instead he sees the faces, and situations that haunt him. Scenarios run in his mind of things he would have changed if only he could go back and have a do over. He must learn to release himself from the past and that no matter how much he obsessed about future issues at this point he cannot control it.

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) –  A red haired hero practices his maneuvers with the staves with his black haired counterpart in the 5 of Wands. Personally it seems our hero simply needs to blow off steam and get out some aggression which is both healthy & natural...as long as he remembers to play fair! A golden haired hero stands in supplication of  the equally blond & angelic Judgment. The stairway lies beyond her and this man is bared before her all his sins, and his accomplishments. It was a last minute event that brings him to this point where he must appease this goddess and be allowed entrance. However, it is his honesty & not his charm that will get him through. Tan, dark and handsome our hero walks through his golden palace clothed in  rich greens & a large gold pentacle waist belt. his green came swishes behind him. He seems determined on his goal, he is the King of Pentacles after all. He may be an intimidating presence, powerful and has done well in business. He encourages planning, preparation & practicality to see him through to success.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22) – Our hero this time is actual the anti-hero as he leads a lady down a set of stairs by chains. He seduces his women much like any addiction or bad habit, and people who feel his chains relish them, they don't even realize they are in danger until it is too late. In the next scene our dark haired hero stands with sword at the ready, his enthusiasm is infectious! Even though he may be fearful he puts on a brave front. Many people will underestimate him because he is the Page of Swords and has a youthful air, but his keen intelligence and willingness to do what is necessary will carry him through. Our lone hero faces the odds...alone, pushed on but the strength of his convictions all he has is his with and Seven Wands to aid him. Guided by principle (and maybe a little bit of stubbornness he is willing to do what he believes is the 'right thing' even though it may not be the popular choice.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22) – Sitting on a balcony the Page of Cups looks out to the sea. His face is gentle & kind, he is sincere and willing to believe when others may question. He has the strong faith and is willing to open his mind to the messages of Universe. We look at him a little later and still he sits upon the balcony staring up at a single Star that shines so bright in the blanket of twinkling lights in the nights sky. Finally he has a plan, that golden answer that puts the world back to rights, he thanks his lucky Stars and moves on with renewed hope. A red haired hero stands strong with his Wand, we recognize him as The Page, he faces a tornado with abandon enjoying the risk & confirmation of life. He chases the rush that comes with danger, usually with no contingency plan. He doesn't take the time to think things through, his thought is "I Do". 

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22) – A heroine stands in the center of a room, dressed in white flowing robes she holds a gold dish in either hand. Two heroes stand behind her, one with a rose the other a sword, her eyes are closed as she waits for the weight of Justice to be applied. She is the judge, and the jury, her decisions are quick and final although she tries to gather all the facts not everything is known to her. Our hero sits on a table one of his Four Cups toppled over, a blond woman bathes in the background at this moment he couldn't care. He is completely detached from everything that surrounds him, lost in his own world. Next our black haired hero stands upon the roof of a house, cape & hair whipping in the wind he holds his sword as if to challenge the Moon. It is time for him to slice through the dark and shed some light on issues.

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21) – Betrayed...our hero has been betrayed on the worst level, he finds his mate in bed with another man. He doesn't enter the room but rather stands outside of it to dry his tears. Not only is this man with our hero's woman but he counted this man as friend. It is Three Swords right through his mighty heart. It feels as though our hero clings to the ledge of a Tower over the next bit of time, his will to survive is stronger than this pull to release himself from the collapsing rubble that was his life. And it pays off as this hero finds himself in the possession of Three Pentacles and a new lady! Reminding him that although friendships and love may end there is always a new beginning around the corner!


Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) – Our hero looks over his parapet hung with Four Pentacles he gazes over his land with a birds eye view. He loves what he has earned and is more impressed by what you have than 'who you are' but he has worked hard for each and every item. To see others with similar success will draw him to them. Doing this though we know that he passes up opportunities to expand his horizons. In the next chapter comes our Page of Pentacles, sitting upon a stool he thumbs through the pages of his favorite book, he loves to spend time on his own, not that he is shy but he likes his own company best. He gathers knowledge like a sponge soaks up water and he is a great ally to have on your side. The final chapter (for this month anyway) for our hero is when he steps into the King of Swords looking out from his balcony into the gorgeous blue sky, his uses his trusty sword like a walking stick and holds a casual pose of contemplation. He takes his time and rarely uses the power bestowed upon him as king, respect comes to him easily from peers and he demands nothing of those around him that he would not expect of himself.

Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19) – Our hero lays in bed with his lady, their look is one of obvious love and mutual attraction. Three swords decorate the fireplace near the bed and the fourth lies beneath it. He is unguarded now, not even a thought to defend but only to love. If however, that love is threatened he will go to war to defend it. Do not doubt this deadly man. A dark haired hero walks up a set of stairs to meet the woman who holds his gaze. He cuts a dashing figure, as he walks through the Six men holding Wands on either side of the red runner up the stairs. There is a swagger to his step and a confidence only given through victory, his return is highly celebrated and he truly comes home the hero! Our man is not someone who bends easily, yes he may be in need but he won't say it and he won't let anyone help. No matter if you throw his Five Pentacles or twenty, but he will insist on talking about horrible things are and rehashing old war stories.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18) – A king's rightful place is upon his throne and the King of Cups is not exception as he claps his hands to some unknown amusement before him. Aware that you 'can't sweat the small stuff..and it's all small stuff.' he knows that life is good. Even though life is fabulous our hero still has to do his chores and when he is chopping wood three sirens with Three Cups stop to take a peek at his *ahem* work. He knows that although these women are present he still must collect the bounty of Mother Nature and chop wood before winter, distractions just will not do right now! Our hero looks back as he walks down a watery walkway, he is about to enter a new corridor. Passion lights his eyes, excitement for the adventure and the possibilities. He is a determined man and knows he has a purpose, he wants to reach that goal even if he may not know exactly what it is just yet.

Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20) – Our hero transcends from mortal to angel as he hovers above a pool of water where a woman is bathing, he supplies the water as it pours from his hands. He is both lover, sinner and divine, someone who torments himself and works three times as hard for the simple pleasures that we take for granted he is multi-dimensional but serene as he keeps balance in the midst of chaos he is the epitome of Temperance. Joy and love keep fear at bay, our hero stands with his beloved in the tide of the sea, the partners have Two Cups between them as they gaze out on the vast blue glass water before them on their island paradise. They see a kindred soul in the other and are eager to explore their burgeoning love.  They've discovered their love to be true and not their cups runneth over all Ten Cups new life has sprung from the couple's love and the family is happy!

Hello Lovelies!

July is upon us and I hope everyone is keeping cool! Summertime always means more energy, that wonderful power source does more than give a great tan it opens us up and brings changes! So many of my clients have recently spoken of feeling they are on the precipice of change and it is all thanks to this wonderfully energizing season. Take the opportunity to relax, visit nature and open yourself to the Universe! This month I'm using The Language of the Birds Tarot by Adele Nozedar and Linda Sutton, this beautifully illustrated deck combines Cartomancy (card divination) and Ornithomancy (bird divination) which has been practiced for thousands of years in pretty much every culture. Paying attention to the type of bird is important but also to it's flight pattern, direction and so on, because they can go from land to air many ancient cultures saw birds as messengers from the Gods. They looked to the sky to see who was in flight, what message they may have, now I do still look to birds for answers from time to time and so it was incredibly cool to see this unique mix of divination systems. I was not disappointed! From the Emperor and his hawks to the World and the hoopoe each Major Arcana discusses the card and the significance of the bird. All around it is a phenomenal deck for the beginning reader or the enthusiast, it's also fabulous for anyone who has an affinity for these beautiful winged creatures!

Cancer (June 22 - July 22) – HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANCER!!!! What a great way to start off the month, you begin in the Sun, your bird is the peacock the bird of the Goddess Hera one of the many legends of the peacock is that it was able to negate any poisons. The start of the month you do exactly that! Negative situations can't even touch you right now, you are basking in the Sun enjoying it's warmth and ALLOWING things to be okay! Mid month you come into the Six of Cups depicted by kingfishers in the night sky, this wonderful card indicates nostalgia and balance. Whether meeting up with old friends or visiting with family the Six of Cups says not to worry and just to enjoy reminiscing. At the end of the month you move into the Ten of Swords in the reversed position, reminding you that you are your worst enemy and that you are creating a negative self-fulfilling prophecy. Many of  us stress, and wait for the worst but at this moment Cancer the only one who is creating a negative situation is you, relax your mind and recognize your part, change your energy or perception and see the problem go away.

Aries (March 21 - April 20) –   The God of Swords in reverse greets you at the beginning of the month, indicating a male who may be more argumentative than usual, every fact that you put out they will dispute. This has nothing to do with you but more with their own stress. Allow them to vent or help them find a way to effectively release their anger and continue on your path. The Nine of Coins greets you next the wrens tell you to enjoy the profits of your hard work, take a vacation, buy something you've been really wanting either way use some of that money for happiness! You've earned it! You end the month in the Three of Coins again the wrens come to visit bringing the gift of recognition! You are getting positive attention for reaching your goals and succeeding through work. Sit back and bask in the glow!

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) – The owl, a symbol of wisdom, knowing, and intuition is the perfect depiction of The High Priestess. Now is the time to pay attention to your intuition and try to explore the hidden depths of your higher self! Death's vulture greets you at the middle of the month, don't freak out the vulture is actually a very precious bird, the ancient Egyptians gave it a sacred status as they viewed Death as the transition, NOT as something to be feared. Change is coming Taurus, but it is change with sacrifice, for example quitting  a job to pursue the career you've always wanted, letting go of a house so you can move somewhere you can better afford etc. The month rounds out with the Two of Swords depicted as Gulls vying  for the same space. You may have reached a fork in the road and deciding which way to go or it could be a more literal meaning like you and a co-worker having issues getting along. 

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) – The Hermit and her peregrine falcons greet you at the beginning of the month bringing with them the message to take things at your own pace. Now is not the time to listen to those around you who may say you need to slow down or speed up, listen to your spirit and body to follow the demands of another right now is to your detriment. Mid-month the Four of Coins come to visit the wrens tell you that financial success and riches are yours!!! Whether a raise, windfall or winnings your financial income will go up, but be aware that financial security does not bring personal security that comes from a solid foundation and connection with your spiritual self. The Star's nightingale comes bearing the message of a slow dawning realization, don't  be surprised if you have a bunch of lucid dreams as well!

Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22) – Eight wrens come in the form of the Eight of Coins, they are there to let you to know that now is the time to look towards expansion. This could be expansion of knowledge or in business, opportunities will arrive at your doorstep grab hold of them and make the most of it. You transition into the Four of Swords its time to replenish your stores Leo, make time for relaxation and introspection. You wrap up the month in the Three of Cups reversed the kingfishers tell you that although it is great to be busy you need to be careful about burning the candles at both ends!

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22) – The Goddess of Wands greets you at the beginning of the month, giving you the gift of ideas, invention and innovation. Roll with it, keep a pen and pad handy to write down all of these ideas so you can keep them for later! Midmonth you move into the Five of Cups indicating the failure of a plan or a shattered dream, give yourself time to grieve but you need to trudge on! You round out the month with the Ace of Coins indicating the beginning of a financially fruitful time! There may be a little extra work to get there but the opportunities present themselves! Grab them and don't let go!

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22) – The God of Cups greets you letting you know that your passionate and demanding nature could be a little off-putting to those around you. This is the time to set some creative and artistic goals as well and to deal with matters of the heart! Next the Queen of Cups stops by warning you that your natural empathy may be working against you, do not let other people's problems fester in your spirit. You finish up the month with the High Priest, a man of wealth, authority and faith, not a control freak but a guide and he comes to you letting you know that it is your time to take up his role!

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21) – Strength and her hummingbird are issuing you a call to action Scorpio! Time to get a move on and put plans into action rather than sitting and planning things in the tiniest detail. Don't let fear hold you back!! The Four of Cups asks you to look at the life around you and to ask yourself why you feel stuck and what the lesson may be. You may find that an obstacle that was once in your way has been removed. You wrap up the month in the Eight of Wands just get in and hang on Scorpio, this will be moving real fast for you! Demands on your time may cause you to become exhausted or disconnected. Just roll with it things will be calming down next month.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) – You start the month in the Seven of Cups indicating that now is a time of great possibilities, dreams will take flight and become reality. You are in manifestation mode so now is a time to definitely watch how you think, negative or positive it will come out!!! You are imbued by the energy of the Queen of Wands allowing you to inspire those around you, your infectious enthusiasm will catch fire and you will notice the change in the energies of the people around you. You finish out the month with the Goddess of Swords helping to sharpen your mind now is the time to make any big decisions as your objectivity is there and your instincts are on point. 

Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19) – The Lovers start out your month! The ability to create connections both romantic and business or rekindle old ones. Take advantage during this time to create prosperous partnerships. Mid-month the question becomes who is most important to you? Your kids? Your mom? Your other half? Sometimes in order to help a relationship you need to cut it off and allow each person to grow individually so they can come back together at the right time. The Two of Cups rounds out your month indicating that life is actually about to get a little unbalanced in terms of work/home. Now is the time to call in favors and create positive partnerships to aid you through the chaos.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18) – You enter the phase of the Emperor his piercing gaze and his hawks miss nothing and neither will you! Pay attention to the details at the beginning of the month, whether signing a piece of paperwork or catching a telling glance between friends store in the information away as it will be incredibly important later on. The Wheel of Fortune greets you with her swallows, giving you a sense of destiny just beyond your grasp, no longer though, her good luck will guide you during this time helping you to secure your fate. Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20) – The King of Cups welcomes you to July you may be a bit impulsive during this time, be sure to temper it. Remember to ground yourself before you float away on your idealistic dreams! This card can also indicate a possible new romantic relationship! Mid-month brings the Two of Wands bringing with it the conundrum of how to communicate your ideas to others, be sure you are getting your point across using illustrative language as possible. Hello Lovelies!

Welcome to June! It is my favorite month particularly as it is MY birthday month! Aside from that June like every other month has it's own energy although known for being a high time for weddings it is not a month just for love. It is the 6th month in the year, this number being a wholly feminine numeric representing 'The Mother' it is a time for nurturing and peace. This month I'm using the Mary-El Tarot by Marie White, this deck is ABSOLUTELY inspiring and it truly is Alchemy for the Soul!! Each card is divine and inspiring with unusual imagery such as The Fool (or King of the Monarchs as I like to call him) or the Ace of Swords depicted by a tied up bald eagle.  You can tell Marie put her heart and soul into this deck with fabulous detail and beautiful art this deck is completely one a kind and I would (and will) use it on a regular basis. I suggest this deck for everyone from beginners to long time practitioners it is a MUST HAVE!

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) – You begin the month in the Ace of Swords telling you to look up and allow yourself to reach your goals. It is the time to get super focused on plans and putting things into action. Mid-month you move into the Page of Wands this is a time of miracles Gemini perfect for your birthday month! Just be sure to keep an eye out for them! You end the month as The Empress imbuing you  with abundance and giving you the impulse to nurture those around you.

Aries (March 21 - April 20) – The Tower greets you at the beginning of June in the Mary-El depiction of the tower the fires blaze brightly in this black fortress with these burned bodies falling from its lofty height. Don't get paranoid though Aries!! Fire is the only element that causes permanent transformation, the sword forged in high heat is both beautiful and strong forever changed from it's beginnings as a simple steel bar. You will be put through the fire at the beginning of the month but will come out forever transformed! The Knight of Disks stops in during the middle of the month, usually when I think of Knights I think of large armored men on horseback but in this deck it is depicted as a child sitting upon a lounging white tiger. A depiction of innocence and friendship this card comes across as something (or someone) others may see as a danger but to you it becomes a great resource or friend! You end the month in the Six of Swords bringing divine protection and aiding you in building bridges between people who are currently in conflict.

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) – You start out in the Knight of Wands inviting a fresh energy to help change your current situation. This could be a person who brings in a new perspective or a new opportunity. Either way get ready because life is about to speed  up! Temperance comes into play mid-month depicted as a tiger splashing into the water to fetch its prey this card warns that patience is key and right now may not be the best time to strike. Look for other opportunities or places to put your focus. You end the month in the Seven of Cups a solitary wolf sits, head bowed in profile the moon shines upon him. It is a relatively dark card but when I look into the eyes of this wolf it seems calculating to me, like they are biding their time and contemplating life's mysteries.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22) – June begins in the phase of the Magician telling you to be careful about underestimating yourself and to wake up and use your talents already! Don't deny your potential now is the time to find your niche and stick with it! If you are already in a career you love or have found your place in life now is the time to push boundaries and make things happen. The Emperor stops in during the middle of the month a sagely man with kind eyes and a plethora of symbolic tattoos he tries to remind you that patience is key and things do not happen overnight but keep applying that focused energy towards your current goals things will come to fruition. The Knight of Swords ends the month depicted by the owl in flight he tells you to look for the truth in the situations you currently face.

Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22) – Strength can be found in faith now is the time to be the giver of it and not the taker. Mid-month brings you to the Eight of Wands, a child is cradled in a blanket held in the arms of a lion of fire. The animal protects the child and the child lies trustingly in his arms, this child trusts just as you must trust the Universe during this time. At the end of the month you move into the Queen of Swords depicted as two crows one with an eye in it's wing telling you that now is the time for intellectual discussions and the trading of ideas.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22) –  An archer rides through the sky clothed in orange on a beautiful white charger he is the Ten of Wands telling you to rise above your current situation, allow yourself to see things from a different perspective. The branches of a tree wrapped around the ankles suspended the Hanged Man, now is the time for rest and introspection Virgo, allow yourself time to relax. There is no room for fear and doubt! The King of Swords tells you to banish the words can't, won't and don't from your dictionary, allow yourself to think only in positives the last part of this month.

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22) – A beautiful and enigmatic white wolf stares back at you from the Seven of Wands, it's piercing green eyes are gentle and full of wisdom. It is time to master your higher self, act with valor and integrity. The Goddess Ma'at comes to you dancing sensually she is the womb of the World and tells you that now things have come full circle, success is yours, allow yourself to feel fulfilled. At the end of the month you move into the Eight of Disks two fierce lions converge over an innocent lamb these two opposing forces represent balance coming into your life. Embrace it!!

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21) – The Hierophant visits you at the beginning of the month telling you that now is the time to act with benevolence upon those around you as frustrating as the situation may be. You enter the Seven of Disks mid-month telling you to become the master maker of your own destiny, right now free will reigns so write out your own fairy tale story. You end the month in the Page of Swords telling you to do what is right, and act with unconditional love.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) – You start June in the Queen of Disks encouraging you to create a place where people can feel safe, secure and able to share their feelings, and ideas. Don't be surprised if during this time you feel compelled to spend more time with nature, either gardening, hiking or just walking down the street. The Devil greets you mid-month this character tries to trick you into taking the easy way out even if it is not the right way. Ignore it Sagittarius, whatever you do, do NOT take that road, follow your heart and your gut when making decisions during this time. At the end of the month you run into the Seven of Swords a crow holds a green marble in it's beak whilst a white snake tries to wrestle the prize away. Use your cunning, reason and ability to innovate to aid you with work issues this month Sag, rely only on yourself don't worry about anyone else.

Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19) – A satyr sits beneath a tree about to eat a delicious red apple, no I'm not talking about Sam LaHood from the Lion the Witch & the WardrobeYo I'm speaking of the King of Disks. This faun brings with him a mastery of life and the ability to enjoy it! He imparts this same talent to you during the beginning of June. The Fool greets you mid month surrounded by butterflies he speaks of great changes and new adventures, embrace the changes that are to come! The end of the month heralds the ten of Disks gifting you with the knowledge that you have helped to change a small part of your world and now is the time to take a moment and pat yourself on your back!

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18) – You begin June in the Four of Wands looking up towards the top of a large barren tree it seems to go on forever! The energy it must have taken this tree to grow so tall, this card tells you to turn your creative energy into physical energy aimed toward your own growth and transformation. The King of cups greets you at the middle of June a Poseidon-like figure floats on his back holding his trident surrounded by lily pads he offers you good sleep and a knowledge of the self which releases you from the death grip and rule of the mind. You end the month with Death giving you the opportunity for profound change, to end a chapter of your life and begin anew.

Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20) – The Ten of Swords makes it's entrance at the beginning of June a skeletal crow rides upon a skeletal horse. The crow carries with him a scythe, this seems as though it would be most appropriate for the Death card however, I find that it suits very well, this card speaks of a death but it is the death of the ego, and the death of ignorance. A release from the mental prison that these two things can create. Embrace the freedom Pisces! The Eight of Cups stops in during the middle of June telling you to open your heart and act in love not in fear. You've released yourself from the prisons, now is the time to put on the mantle of righteousness. You end the month in The Chariot a woman is led by four wolves, be prepared for potential travel opportunities, also a realization of your power.

Hello Lovelies!
May is here!! I hope with it we get some really nice weather, up here in the northeast it has still been wicked chilly! I want to give a shout out to my Taurean sister, Happy Birthday!! This month I am working with the ShadowFox Tarot by Richard and Jennifer ShadowFox. I have to say that I respect all tarot creators, that there is so much work, heart and soul that goes into creating any deck! However, when it comes to this deck I have to say I LOVE the book more than the deck. For those of you who have been following the Truthful Tarot you know that I never encourage people to read the books that come with decks, that I feel it is better to use your own interpretations but this book is AWESOME. I seriously feel it could have been sold on it's own without the deck and been worth the money! From astrological & alchemical correlations to the cards mood music and mythological connections it details everything you ever needed to know. I just want to know how they discovered the blood types of the cards!!
The deck itself is all based off of the idea of shadows, and I get that, there is a ton of negative space and the computerized imagery is not all that dynamic to me. I personally don't get a ton of inspiration from it and it's not the lack of color, I have read many black and white decks. There was no one card that jumped out and said, "Hey, look at me!" or any emotion coming through the cards. Again though, I do respect the time and effort put into deck and the ShadowFox Tarot is no different I respect what these creative individuals were aiming for but it felt to me as though the deck was more of an afterthought to the book.
I may get some flak for that, just know it is MY experience in working with this deck and MY opinion. I do feel this deck and especially the book is GREAT for any beginner or even advanced reader! It is phenomenal!

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) – Happy Birthday Taurus! You begin May in the Seven of Swords be sure to take advice given to you at the beginning of the month! Mid-month you meet the Hermit  telling you to let go of old grudges, and do some soul searching to help you move forward. You end the month in the Six of Swords giving the impression that you will be moving forward at light speed!

Aries (March 21 - April 20) – The Four of Swords greets you at the beginning of the month bringing with it a sense of stagnation and a break from hostility or a truce. Take advantage of it and allow yourself some time to rejuvenate! Next you move into the Queen of Pentacles follow the impulse to take a closer look at your financials, now is a great time to rework your budget and take a second look at your bank accounts. You finish out May in the Page of Cups indicating that now is a great time to head out on your own, there may be some extra obligations that you need to take care of but they are short term. This card can also indicate the birth or conception of a baby!

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) – Pay attention to your communication sources Gemini! The Page of Swords warns that your inbox, text or IM may get flooded with people wanting your attention. Vet them out and be sure to not take on to many obligations. Go into things with a curious and open mind over the first few weeks of May even the oddest opportunities may be worthwhile. Career changes, abundance, prosperity, goals reached! Sounds good right? Well you are in luck! Your in the Ace of Pentacles mid-May, indicating that your financial  and career goals will be met. You finish the month out in the Ace of Cups indicating that now is NOT the time to hold back your feelings, whether you are currently in a relationship or been keeping quiet with your crush don't hold back!


Cancer (June 22 - July 22) – Get comfy in your creativity because the Empress says it's time to be the idea person!! Just remember to remember those ideas! Write down your genius so that you have plenty of ideas just in case later on you hit a creative drought. You move into the Ten of Swords mid-month bringing with it a sense of foreboding, financial issues will become apparent during this time so just be careful with your money. This card can also indicate a possible bankruptcy or bad advice. You end the month in The Fool who tells you to be careful of extravagance and now is the time to walk on the conservative side, really weigh you options and look before you leap.

Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22) – Rule with benevolence says the Queen of Wands some may interpret your current way of decision making as hasty or aggressive but you know what your doing. Do not let your pride get in the way over the next couple of weeks though and be open to criticism. Work, work, work! But are you working because you love it or because it's a great way to keep your mind off of other things? The Ten of Wands wants you to remember your friends and family need you too! The Moon tells you to pay attention to your intuition even if it means taking a more difficult road at the end of the month.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22) –  Death greets you at the beginning of the month indicating that there is big (and possibly uncomfortable) change on the horizon. It is important that you go with this change, and learn to detach a little bit in order to take a step back and see where this change leads. Mid-month brings you to the Two of Wands telling you that you have had success with the changes at the beginning of the month but that patience is still called for in order to attain your goals. At the end of the month you move into the Four of Pentacles saying that although you may go by the motto, "If you want it done right, do it yourself." You may be inadvertently pushing away others around you. Now is the time to delegate responsibilities and trust the people around you to fulfill the tasks necessary to get the job done.

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22) – Balance dear Libra balance!!! I know your frustrated with this seeming eternal struggle as depicted by the Two of Pentacles but Universe tells you now is not time to try to control the situation around you rather stay fluid and go with the flow. The Hanged Man greets you at the middle of the month telling you that now is the time to stand backstage and be a supporting character rather than center stage. At the end of the month your focus should be on your total commitment to new projects and your current path as told by The Lovers.

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21) – Take time for your family Scorpio! Now is the time to recollect old family stories, and traditions says the Ten of Pentacles. Pass it down to your family, look to imbue them with the strength of your ancestors. Don't let you passion get the best of you! The King of Swords indicates that now is the time to collect the information, analyze, check and double check before making any important decisions! The Queen of Cups tells you to use your innate ability to help & heal for those around you at the end of the month.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) –  Discipline and determination have brought you thus far Sagittarius keep going The Chariot promises you success at the beginning of May. Try it again, and again, and again. In order to achieve sometimes we have to do the same things in repetition to know that we have it EXACTLY right! The Eight of Pentacles warns that you must not become frustrated, that you will gain recognition or promotion in your chosen field of study or work but right now it is about finding the formula for the perfect result you are looking for in the task at hand. This will help you to gain that respect from co-workers and leaders within your field. The Seven of Wands ends the month for you with a great big

Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19) – Events have been set in motion Capricorn now all you can do is wait to see if your efforts, planning and diligence were worthwhile. In the meantime the Eight of Wands encourages you to get ready for some new adventures coming up which include some possible travel plans. Mid-month brings with it the energy of The Magician, giving you permission to truly seize the day! Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20) – You begin the month in the Six of Cups bringing a sense of nostalgia and thinking about the 'good ol' days' it is also a time to focus on the younger generation and their growth. Mid-month you meet the Emperor carrying with him a call to action, now is not the time to sit on your laurels! Get up, and get motivated! Assert control over your current situation and bring order to the chaos surrounding you. You end the month in the Three of Pentacles the house of money has gifted you with an opportunity to put your skills on display to better help you solidify a good financial position. If your an artist get working and start planning for an exhibit, if you work in an office be prepared because a big project will be coming your way. Hello Lovelies!!

April is a great month for creating change. The scent of spring in the air, the idea of cleaning out clutter, it is a month of transformation and potential growth!! This month I decided to choose one of my personal favorite artists, Bosch!! Yes the imagery is sometimes shocking, but I absolutely love it nonetheless! The deck was compiled and edited by Pietro Alligo with instruction guide written by the publisher Lo Scarabeo. The Bosch Tarot gives a dreamlike view of fantasy and fears from the Flemish artist. Whether little humanoid beings holding coins between their butt cheeks as depicted in the 10 of Coins or the rotund demonish creatures playing maces like trumpets as in the 2 of Wands it is an exciting and enigmatic deck that will keep interpretations brewing for hours!

Aries (March 21 - April 20) – Happy Birthday Aries!!!! Just a shout out Happy Birthday Alysia Love you cousin!!! The start of this month may be a little rough, your in the Ace of Swords finances are okay but insecurities will hold you back from pursuing important goals, it's time to face your fears!! Mid-month you move into the Knight of Pentacles narrow scopes and closed minds will not stop your creative energy! You need to be self-sufficient, employee, manager and boss all in one during this time. You glide into the Knave of Wands at the end of the month indicating that now is the time to dig deep and find answers, the card of the philosopher and the investigator, everything has an answer and you my dear will have some burning questions. Go dig, get your answers, you may not be happy but at least you will have the truth.

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) – Death greets you at the beginning of the month asking you to lay to rest an argument or issue, give the forgiveness or find the solution best suited to you but either way let it go and allow yourself to grow, change and move on. The middle of April you slide into the Three of Wands giving you the energy to create what you need, this could be framing a house, repainting a room, this card is one of a craftsman, builder, or handyman. Get your toolbelt out! You end the month in the Moon giving you the ability to dream, but be sure not to get lost in your dreams and forget where reality lay. 

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) – Two out of three cards are wands this month Gemini indicating a need to look inward for answers. At the start of April you are in the Nine of Wands, pay attention on all fronts, this card indicates that you have been protective and nurturing one aspect (home, health, wealth, family etc) rather than the whole thing. Now is not the time to hyperfocus, but to spread out your energies. The Wheel comes in mid-month telling you that now is not the time to get wrapped up in other peoples issues, worries, stress and dramas. You are NOT going to find enlightenment by aiding others at this time, but rather by taking a step back and asking how does their suffering mirror your own situation and finding new ideas through contemplation. At the end of the month you meet the King of Wands indicating a time where you must lead and teach by example rather than explanation. Step into the shoes of the role model, embrace it, now is your time to educate and expand the mind, moral and to inspire those around you.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22) – Do not let fear hold you back warns the Ace of Chalices, fear of love, failure, success, or fear to trust. These fears will raise your hackles at the beginning of April, causing you to become a wee bit defensive. Be open to new ideas, critiques and suggestions, don't let those fears reinterpret the words of the speaker or skew your perspective of the situation. Take a step back, be contemplative and objective. Mid-month you meet the High Priestess, she urges you towards wishful thinking and plenty of prayer. By praying on your goal, situation or problem, it allows for better concentration and focus. Don't go beating your head against a wall though, in the moment that you are praying to Universe, God, whomever or whatever entities or energies release it to them. You end the month as the Hierophant, this month has been about fears and moving into this particular card says if you are right and you are just you cannot fear. Remember that!

Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22) – There is no doubt that you know what you are talking about Leo, but you may need to dress the part in order to convince others that you are knowledgeable. It is not the clothes that make you an expert but presentation is important. Do not undervalue yourself, and make the investment in you in order to move ahead! Mid-April brings with it the Three of Swords indicating that someone around you is not quite as pure of heart as you believed. Take a moment to carefully assess friends and family that you trust, someone is not showing their true colors and it's better to find out now rather than later. At the end of the month you move into the Two of Swords indicating a battle coming forth but be careful, one misstep and you will become that which you have been trying to fight.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22) –  You begin this month in the Four of Wands urging you to take the offense rather than defending yourself. Mid-month you move into Temperance who asks you to be patient, and remember that small changes lead to big things!! You finish the month in the Six of Chalices, reminding you that moments whether good or bad are fleeting and to savor life's experiences.

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22) – Don't lust after what you don't have Libra go out and CREATE IT! So says the Knave of Pentacles. You may have been dreaming of riches or stature, of a certain piece of jewelry or a certain position at a company. Either way make it happen, now is the time and your energy is perfect to put out a mix of manifestation and elbow grease! Mid-April you run into the Seven of Chalices indicating that what seemed to be impossible has actually become possible. Don't second guess it, just go with it. You end the month with the Four of Pentacles, confirming what Universe has been trying to teach you this month, NO GOAL IS OUTSIDE OF YOUR REACH!

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21) – Don't make any hasty Judgments of decisions at the beginning of the month Scorpio your in the house of Judgment Reversed, indicating a possible skewed perspective that will not allow for clear thinking and may cause you to trip up. You slide into The World during the middle of April bringing you to a point where you can truly learn to accept yourself, both the good and the bad. Along with it comes a simple sense of completion as though you have come full circle. At the end of the month you move into the Seven of Pentacles telling you that now is the time to clean house!! There are things around you which hold no real meaning, but are just there collecting dust. Get rid of the artificial and but object with a higher meaning in positions where they will get the most attention.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) –  The Knight of Chalices tells you to be conscious of how you are relaying messages over this period of time. Be sure to give good details and get to the point, also double check that the recipient is hearing (or reading) what your actually saying and not what they perceive you to be saying. Next you come upon the Hanged Man telling you to take off the blinders and look all around you and from all different perspectives. The situation can be remedied but you may have to take an unusual route. You end April in the Ten of Swords giving you the motivation to add to your armory, collecting new skills and discovering new tactics to aid you in future endeavors.

Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19) – Watch out for all of those commitments Capricorn you may get crushed under the weight of your responsibilities. In order to take of others you need to take care of yourself and the Eight of Pentacles warns you that taking on anything more will break you. In fact, you may need to trim some of the workload down now and release yourself from some of the responsibilities you've already taken on.  The King of Chalices makes a grand entrance during the middle of April, people will be coming to you Capricorn, there will be many opportunities for you to tell your story, give advice and share your experiences. You've had plenty of ups, plenty of downs and now is the time to help others by sharing what you've been through. At the end of the month you breeze into the Two of Chalices encouraging you to remember the fight and the fatigue, to remember what made you who and what you are. Now is the time to look back and appreciate, reevaluate and reorganize!

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18) – Remember to LAUGH!! The Six of Wands reminds you to embrace the child within you and find the humor in the depressing and absurd situations you find yourself in during the beginning of April. Afterwards you move into the Ten of Chalices, indicating that it is time to put a focus on the home, not literally the house but the family. Share some bonding time, reconnect with your loved ones its important to keep the family together and strong. At the end of the month you greet the Knave of Chalices, who tells you that now is the time to decide who is helping you and who is hurting you. Every once in a blue moon you need to clean out your toxic people closet. Now is that time.

Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20) – Everyone experiences emotion differently Pisces and it's important that you remember this, so says the Eight of Chalices. It may not make sense to you but the cards are asking you to be fair to those around you and give validation to the others feelings. Emotions are not statements of fact, and by validating their feeling you are only giving the respect that the other person deserves. However, if there is still a point to argue, be sure to stand your ground. The Chariot rides in during the middle of April bringing with it the feeling of everything crashing down on you, there is no escape, these situations need to be handled and the Chariot is there to remind you, you can run, but you cannot hide. At the end of the month you greet the Star indicating that you need to take a closer at the details in order to see the big picture.
