Tarotscopes: November 2013

 Hello Lovelies!!

Its time again for the Tarotscopes! I hope you all had a wonderful October and are well rested for the holiday blitz that will soon be upon us! Sit back, just for this moment and enjoy the energies of autumn. Aside from spirits and spooky tales its one of my favorite seasons, waking up to chilly mornings that make you want to be a bed bug for just a little while longer, leaves falling on the ground for kids both large, small and furry to play in. Allow for expansion and change during this season, typically fall is a restive energy but I believe this season is the opposite, it is one of great momentum and a wonderful time to begin projecting your energy to manifest your desires!

Scorpio -  Happy Birthday Scorpio! You immediately hop into the Five of Swords, indicating that you are open to changes at the beginning of the month and you have released past resentments. Mid-month the Four of Pentacles shows that you are in a place of financial stability, right now is a good time to show how frugal you can be. You end the month with the Fool in reverse which warns that you should take some time to get guidance from the people around you as you may be missing details or forgetting to read fine print in new deals and opportunities heading your way!

Aries - Make use of your skills by embodying the Magician and using your resourcefulness to pull things together last minute. Now is the time to work on your most important projects as your ability to concentrate will be at its best this month. Remember that whole law cause and effect? The middle of November is a great time to keep that in mind as you move into Justice, be sure that all of your decisions are really well thought out both in the details and the big picture. Now is a great time to get out your pro/con list! You end the month in the Three of Pentacles giving you the opportunity to flourish in a team environment where you will learn a ton from the people around you!

Taurus - Let go of your baggage Taurus! Right now you may be feeling a little held back by old problems or redundant issues, now is the time to confront them and let them go as you sit in the Six of Swords reversed. The Knight of Wands greets you mid-month indicating a very impulsive mind set and an energy of action as you shuck off the burdens brought to light by the Six of Swords earlier in the month. You wrap up November with Temperance helping you to find your balance in this month of extremes!

Gemini - Immediately you meet up with the Six of Pentacles indicating that you are prosperous are now focused in helping those in need around you, charity and generosity are at the top of your mind. You then move into Six of Cups which brings a sense of nostalgia, whether meeting up with an old friend, going over pictures or reuniting with family, expect a lot of joy to come from this. You end with the Ten of Cups (which to me has always been a wish card as it has such a joyful and pure energy) which brings with it a sense of harmony, and can indicate a marriage or rekindling/reconnection between you and your spouse!

Cancer - Embrace your ability to communicate as you will need it as predicted by the Knight of Swords. It is important to retain your own voice within your discussions but be sure not to get to opinionated and react hastily to things that are said. Take a moment to speak to your higher self before responding to any comments or criticisms. You hit your balance with the Two of Pentacles during the middle of November, but it is important that you pay particular attention to time management as that will be your biggest challenge throughout the month! You end things on the Ace of Wands where everything feels new and inspiration is everywhere. Typically indicative of a new idea or new passion that you will be discovering be sure to remember to keep time management in there so you don't get so embroiled in it that you burn out!

Leo - The Star greets you at the beginning of the month bringing you a message of hope and a renewal of spirit. Soak in the good vibes to help prep you for the packed month ahead! At mid-month you meet the Queen of Cups who bestows on you a sense of calm and asks you to be compassionate towards others around you, particularly in work situations. You end the month with the Ten of Swords reversed telling you that you have recovered from a traumatic situation and the end of the chapter is about to be closed! 

Virgo -You passion can be felt from  mile away Virgo! The Knight of Wands comes in to help you find the proper channels for all of the energy. You may find yourself giving in to impulse at this time as new ideas flood your creative mind! Mid-month we see you moving into the Nine of Cups reverse which indicates that during this time you will find yourself focusing more on the physical world and trapped in materialism comparing your situation to others. Don't feed into this mindset and count your blessings. You end the month in the Eight of Swords reversed which indicates a great release of fears and things holding you back. We then see you moving into a new state of being with a different perspective of the world!

Libra -You begin November within the Ace of Pentacles! This a is a fabulous card to start out the month giving the promise of new financial opportunities and wealth, it can also indicate that you are in a state of manifestation so be careful how you think as it will come about whether positive or negative. You roll on into the Four of Cups reversed next giving you the sense that you need to pull back and maybe be a little more aloof with the people around you. You end the month in the Four of Wands denoting celebration, a sense of community and deepening of romantic relationships which could lead to further commitment!

Sagittarius - We see you bumping right into The Fool at the beginning of the month, who bestows on you the gift of feeling free! A new beginning is yours you merely need to take the leap! Mid-month you enter the Ace of Cups giving great depth to your emotions, they may actually become overwhelming in their intensity, there is also a great sense of compassion surrounding you. You end the month hanging out with the Hierophant who tells you that not is a great time to get some spiritual structure back in your life, developing routines that allow you to connect with your higher self, deity and the universe.

Capricorn - Get ready for an intense month! Beginning with the Queen of Wands you greet every challenge with a sense of will and a steely determination. Now is the best time to take on tough tasks and get them out of the way. Next you see the Knight of Pentacles who helps you break down your goals into their smallest steps giving you a more methodical system to work within. You end by meeting with Death, all of this work you've put in this month leads up to dramatic change, but this is change with a sacrifice (i.e. selling your house and moving for a better job) be prepared to give a little bit to gain big rewards!

Aquarius - You start out November by hooking up with the Queen of Pentacles reversed who warns you to keep balance between work and family, it is a tough situation right now making time for everything but it is imperative that you strike as close to even as possible right now. Next we see you drifting through the Five of Cups reversed, you've recently picked yourself up after a major loss or change and you are finally ready to truly move on. You end the month in the Princess of Swords creating this vibe of restlessness, as though you are not being challenged enough right now. Time to break out the puzzles and get that mind moving!

Pisces -Temperance tells you to take a moment and look for the purpose and meaning of the things going on around you at the moment. She also cautions balance and moderation right now, you may feel like going to extremes within emotions, she tells you to pick and choose your battles. Remember your feelings are not facts. Mid-month you shift into the Lovers reversed giving you a sense of disharmony within your relationships. You end the month in the Three of Pentacles reminding you that this month has been chock full of life lessons, sit back in the quiet moments and reflect on the changes your experiences have created.

Tarotscopes: November 2012

Hi Lovelies! It's November and time for your tarotscopes!! This month I used Inspiration for Survivors created & illustrated by Aunia Kahn with the companion book written by Russell J. Moon.
I am really excited over this deck, although not a traditional tarot (it only has 44 cards) and more of an oracle the premise is extremely interesting. EVERYONE IS A SURVIVOR! Anytime you have a complication, obstacle or situation to overcome you immediately become a survivor of that circumstance.
I will say the art is absolutely GORGEOUS & so inspirational one of my particularly favorite cards is 'Even in Chaos You Can Find Peace.' the grunge theme to it & the barren nature of the card leaves a haunting feeling that is unsettling & peaceful at the same time.
I would recommend this deck to absolutely ANYONE! Reader or not it is a VERY inspiring deck with a lot of practical wisdom & encouragement to help you get through the day. Th e only thing I would change about this deck is I wish it were numbered, for those that are not intuitive readers & would prefer to use the book it makes it a little bit more difficult to find the cards chosen for that day.
This month I will not be pulling multiple cards for each sign, instead we will give you a theme from the deck for all of November! So let's get on to the Tarotscopes!

Scorpio -  Happy Birthday Scorpio! Your theme for this month is 'We are Reflections of Each Other' this card indicates that you must look past the self and recognize that we are all interconnected through Universal Energy. To me this card may also say that you will be meeting someone or a group of people who are either kindred spirits or may help to cast reflection on your current situation. An instance of this happened to me recently where I was doing a reading for a client who, although faced with a situation of different circumstances basically had the same emotional reactions I did to my current problem. Inherently the same obstacle just with a different cast of characters, it allowed me to be more objective because I was looking at a reflection not at my own situation.

Aries - 'Every Soul Has a Story' and you need to embrace yours & the stories of those around you. Each chapter of that story helps to mold you into the person you have become, flaws & all. They are our life lessons, our gifts & whether negative or positive our blessings. Before you judge someone, listen to the story of their life, look beyond the physical & peer into their soul, read their record & then decide where they belong in your life.

Taurus - It is important that you 'Follow the Path to Joy it is Right Before You' Taurus. You are the creator of your own personal joy, everyone is void of something at some point in their life & although we may try to fill it with the material things it is not that which we crave. Rather it is the understanding & acceptance of who we are or creating a plan & making strides towards who we wish to become which aids us in creating a full heart & a blissful life.

Gemini - Remember this...'You Can Go Anywhere & Do Anything' there are no limits, only those you impose upon yourself. Now is the time to recognize your freedoms & bring your dreams to realization! Sometimes it may take a drastic change to help become who we want to be, this could be a move, a change in love or career. Either way know that you can change on a dime & still find bliss, or success...you have no limits!

Cancer - Please keep in mind that 'In Our Darkest Times We Are Never Alone' no matter how dark it is there is always someone around you can reach out to. Whether by phone, visit or even just by faith you constantly have the support. However it will be up to you to reach out, be open & share your problems don't assume that you are a burden to others by sharing your issues. You may just be the reflection that Scorpio is looking for!

Leo - No matter what you do or your situation 'Chains can be Broken' whether emotional attachments to the past or current attachments to a loved one it is possible to free yourself! There are no excuses to being held back as there is always a choice to be made or action to be taken. In this instance it may mean moving someone into your outer circle, breaking up with a significant other, leaving a career or ending a business deal or partnership. Either way this is change that comes with sacrifice, even if we fear cutting the cord it is worth it in the end.

Virgo - Your message for this month is 'May We Gain Peace & Spiritual Grounding' open your heart and mind to the spiritual connections all around you. Whether you look to deities or just the earth's own energy now is the time to embrace that link & ground yourself within it. Faith will take you through this month, much better than planning will at this point.

Libra - Stand up! 'Be a Superhero for Others Shine Light Back to Them' you don't need to find a phone booth where you can change, you don't even need to have a cool cape! Being a superhero to someone in your life could be as simple as giving them a smile, pat on the back, a shoulder to cry on or that ONE person  that your friend/family/spouse can talk to without judgment. It will be as good for them as it is for you.

Sagittarius - Try to 'Hold a Stuffed Animal & Feel It's Soft Heart' something that simple can turn your day from bad to good. A study showed that partners who hugged for five minutes a day had a more successful relationship & sense of cohesion within their environment. Right now things may feel a little out of sorts for you, sit down with your partner, pet or stuffed animal & give a hug.

Capricorn - 'Emotions are the Freedom Given to Express Ourselves' give yourself permission to go through your feelings and be honest with your sense of expression. Not everything is happy go lucky and you can't pretend that it is or just stuff your feelings because it is uncomfortable in that moment. 

Aquarius - At some point or another 'We Must All Let Go of Hiding Behind a Mask' allow yourself to let go of false perceptions that others have about you! We all have the innate ability to become the chameleon in order to fit in within our group or to aid in smoothing over situations. Now is not the time to call upon that skill, rather shed the mask and let the REAL you shine!

Pisces - It's time to 'Get Lost in the Sound of Music' and I don't mean the movie (although it was really good) a song has the ability to calm our mind & heart. It feels as though this month will be pretty chaotic for you Pisces so be sure to have some good tunes to listen (and sing) to as you go about your business.

Hi Lovelies! It's November and time for your tarotscopes!! This month I used the Pirate Tarot authored by Carrie and Lucas Aodio with illustrations by Liz ‘Galindorf’ Harper.
If you are a pirate enthusiast, fan of woodcarvings or just like a deck that has that element of fun then the Pirate Tarot is for you! It was a blast to read these cards! The Major and Minor Arcana has been changed to reference pirate life with the High Priestess becoming the Figurehead, rather than royals there are now Captains, Lady Captains, First Mates and Cabin Boys. It is a wonderfully exciting deck to read, the art itself looks like real woodcuts, the intricate artwork will keep your eyes entertained for hours. Having gone through the deck multiple times in doing the Tarotscopes time and again I found bits in the picture I hadn’t noticed before! Scorpio -  Happy Birthday Scorpio! The Cabin Boy of Coins peeks in at the beginning of the month bestowing a sense of accomplishment through education or learning a new task! The Nine of Cups stops by mid-November bringing with him a sense of satisfaction and cheer! At the end of the month you meet the Lady Captain of Pistols giving you a sense of sexuality, and a boost of extra energy.

Aries - You begin the month in the Two of Pistols, indicating a feeling of satisfaction and at the same time restlessness. You know the project is near complete or you’ve done a good job but your ready to move onto the next task. You move into the Nine of Coins midmonth bringing with it a sense of overall success and accomplishment! At the end of the month the Captain of Cups visits you burdening you with responsibility. You may feel a smidgen melancholy and like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. Remember to organize tasks so they are not so overwhelming!

Taurus - The Two of Swords kicks off November, indicating the need for some major decision making. Don’t take to much time to consider options! If you don’t make one, Universe will do it for you! Mid-month brings the Ace of Cups, sending off the sense of contentment and joy! For those would be mothers trying to conceive  mid- November would be a great time to try as the Ace of Cups also denotes fertility. You end the month with the Justice card, giving you a sense of balance and responsibility.

Gemini - The Chichurgeon visits you at the beginning of the month bringing with him a lot of positive change and a feeling of transformation. He also points out the positive things to get inspired by! Mid month comes The Fool offering faith, luck and a little bit of chaos. You end the month with the Ace of Pistols,letting you know now is the time to put plans into action! You are in your manifestative prime!

Cancer - The First Mate of Coins pops in at the beginning of the month to let you know that now is the time to take caution and really think things through! Do your due diligence before making any big purchases or getting services. Mid-month the Chariot rides in to tell you that your determination will get you through. Stick to your guns no matter the opposition, your in the right and on the correct path! You end the month with Strength, telling you to have patience! Everything will seem as if it is moving in slow motion, but that is because you are moving in hyperspeed!

Leo - Death comes to you at the beginning of the month (not literally) bring with it closure and transition. You will feel as if a burden has lifted, you’ve gotten the answer you seek and can finally move forward! The middle of November the Seven of Pistols stops by telling you that just because your right doesn’t mean you need to argue the point. It is great to have conviction, but in this instance it does not help the situation, agree to disagree! At the end of the month you move into the First Mate of Cups who gives you a helping hand in revamping your love life.

Virgo - Now is the time to indulge!! So says the Lady Captain of Coins. Treat yourself to a good time, but don’t completely blow your budget, keep your goals in mind! The Five of Swords enters midmonth indicating that you may be to black and white right now. Be sure not to judge the people around you to ruthlessly, you may end up pushing some good, usefull people or opportunities to the side. At the end of the month the Two of Pistols visits, bringing a sense of contentment. Enjoy it!

Libra - The Five of Cups greets you at the start of November telling you that now is the time to accept situations for what they are and allow yourself some rejuvenation and healing time! Mid-month indicates some obstacles but just try to keep balance and you will be met with success. At the end of the month you meet the Eight of Coins, indicating a sense of focus on a money making opportunity!

Sagittarius - The Cabin Boy of Swords swings in to say ‘Hallo!’ during his visit he gives you a reminder ‘Don’t doubt your innate cleverness and use it throughout the beginning of the month!” Mid-month you meet up with the Ten of Swords, indicating a need to release some bad habits and purge yourself of negative thought. At the end of the month your imagination and psychic sense will be at a high pay attention and use your creative self, so says the Moon.

Capricorn - Take your time, consider all of your options, allow for reflection! That is the message of the Seven of Coins for you at the beginning of the month! Half way through November you encounter the World which opens you to the feeling of integration on a large scale, a feeling of belonging and a clear mind so you can tie up loose ends! At the end of the month you meet the Four of Coins who tells you to be frugal with

your money, you will be happy you saved some cash on the side as you may have some unexpected expenses.

Aquarius - At the beginning of November you enter the Four of Pistols giving you a sense of freedom

and a reason to celebrate! Take joy in this moment and milk it for all it’s worth! Midmonth the Cabin Boy of Pistols stops in continuing to provide positive energy in the form of enthusiasm. This will also be the time

when you will have a lot of new and innovative ideas. Carry a notebook to help you keep track. At the end of the month Temperance pops by reminding you that with the good comes the bad and try to keep in balance and harmony!

Pisces - You are greeted by the Three of Cups bringing with it the gift of teamwork, and friendship. Embrace the ability to create new connections and network, network, network! This is important as you are visited by the Five of Coins later in the month giving you a need for mutual support and a lack of funds. No worries though it is a passing phase as at the end of the month you meet up with The Bosun, who gives you some information which will greatly help your financial situation. This could be anything from a new job opportunity to what stocks to invest in.
