Hello Lovelies!

So this months deck is a very unique one created by Jolie DeMarco an intuitive, medium, & Reiki Master/Teacher hailing from Florida. The deck consists of a variety of channeled Mandalas that each have a sense of power enabling healing whether on the physical, spiritual or mental level. The Healing Mandala Oracle Cards are extremely interesting and well thought out with colors that provoke instinctive reactions to aid you in opening yourself to the healing energy for the pictures. With a channeled message, how to use the card, esssences that would work for someone who picked the card and research done through Jolie's use of the deck in readings this deck gives a nice big picture to the sitter. I suggest this deck for absolutely anyone and everyone! Even though this is not the typical tarot it is a phenomenal deck that can be used in so many ways it's ridiculous! Definitely a shoe-in for one of my top decks of 2012!  Now on to the Tarotscopes!

Virgo - Happy Birthday Virgo!! Your mandala for this month is The Eyes of Light! Bringing with it a sense of peace & serenity on all levels! The channeled message is "Eyes of Light watching you. Safety - peace activates light within you." This card brings the knowledge that you are being looked after by the spirits or angels on the other planes. This mandala brings hope & the feeling of angels watching over you and it is a direct connection to the loving light of those angels & spirit guides.

Aries -Your mandala for this month is the Energetic Life! The channeled message is,"Helps human exercise - move their bodies & cellular structures. The human casing around the soul. Please use rose water, in combination of lavender, jasmine, geranium- any crystals will enhance the human energy."  People who choose this mandala are often already interested in exercise or have been looking for the motivation or momentum in exercise. You can use this mandala as a motivational tool. It works on more than just the physical aspect although that is a major player, it can also help with mental & spiritual progress, motivation & exercises the brain or intuitive ability!

Taurus - Your mandala for this month is Balance! When this card comes to you it indicates the need for balance and it's wonderful mandala will aid you in achieving that goal. Gemini - Your mandala for this month is Chaos can be corrected - external chaos! Well I think that the name of the card is pretty self-explanatory. The channeled message is,"This will encourage humans to prioritize in human life on earth of the truly important."  This card indicates the need to remove unwanted thoughts of problems & troublesome situations cause by outside sources. The energy of the mandala will help you to take a moment and relax enough to gain clarity & prioritize your obligations.

Cancer - Your mandala for this month is Speechless! People who are drawn to this mandala are typically trying to communicate more clearly or learn how to talk differently i.e. telepathy or through energy. The channeled message for this card is,"Telepathic communication." "Entities arise." This card can also help in your quest to communicate with other spirits & other entities. If you are stuck in a psychic rut & are not able to advance now is the time to focus on developing your telepathic abilities in order to help you get over the plateau.

Leo - Your mandala for this month is Save the Earth! Now is the time to get green, reconnect with earth energies, our planet is in a state of constant change & people drawn to this mandala are looking for conscious change in their own life. The channeled message for this card is,"Letting others be activated to be mindful in saving the earth. Taking action immediately big or small it will help. Libra - Your mandala for this month is Maintain Health! Focus on yourself this month Libra, it is important to pay attention to your physical health in terms of nutrition & way of life. This mandala is a wake up call that the lifestyle you are living is not physically healthy for you. It may have already become a focus for you at this point as there could be weight issues or problems with health. The channeled message for this card is,"The healrt of the "body" human form. Light & Love mixed is healthy. No purple in this mandala, not out of human form. Meaning physical form that can be restructured (the human body)."  Jolie explains her belief that the guides told her there was no purple as it had nothing to do with spirituality and everything to do with the physical body, it is an indicator that you Libra need to stay grounded.

Scorpio - Your mandala for this month is Reconstruction of Life. Now is the time to move on Scorpio, your facing continuous blocks to your life path. This could manifest in work, love or any aspect of life at the moment but either way your stuck in a rut & looking to find a way out. This mandala gives you the energy & permission to let go & move on. The channeled message is,"The waves within us. Cellular structures. Turquoise, Indian descendants first." The mandala tells you to bring order to your personal life, and to look forward with no regrets.

Sagittarius - Your mandala for this month is the 5th ray! Get ready for an awakening this month, you will find yourself compelled to search beyond the physical plane, to look in the direction of the otherworldly or maybe even the alien! When it rains it pours and they may be feeling trapped at the moment, however this mandala gives the questioner the insight to understand that all they need in this situation is to release control and keep faith.

Aquarius - Your mandala for this month is It is the Center of Oneself! This mandala helps you to connect to your soul's purpose indicating that Universe may be bringing opportunities your way or putting you at a crossroads in order to aid you in finding that goal. The channeled message is,"Feeling the inner self of the soul of humans. It  will help humans realize the soul's purpose on earth. Crystal quartz also green tourmaline together." Look at your life's purpose particularly in relation to work at this point it may be time for a change or reaffirmation of your reason for being.

Pisces - Your mandala for this month is Urgency of Light! Move Pisces!!! Get working on it! Now is the time to stop thinking and just start doing!!! The channeled message for this mandala is,"Beauty within. 4 corners of Light. Centered & Light. Human core & soul needed. Danger, danger." This mandala is causing quick movement forward, Universe is not giving you a choice, the energies are propelling you forward at light speed! Roll with it and recognize that change is coming whether you want it or not. However, this is change for the positive so don't stress on it.

Hello Lovelies!

Welcome to June! It is my favorite month particularly as it is MY birthday month! Aside from that June like every other month has it's own energy although known for being a high time for weddings it is not a month just for love. It is the 6th month in the year, this number being a wholly feminine numeric representing 'The Mother' it is a time for nurturing and peace. This month I'm using the Mary-El Tarot by Marie White, this deck is ABSOLUTELY inspiring and it truly is Alchemy for the Soul!! Each card is divine and inspiring with unusual imagery such as The Fool (or King of the Monarchs as I like to call him) or the Ace of Swords depicted by a tied up bald eagle.  You can tell Marie put her heart and soul into this deck with fabulous detail and beautiful art this deck is completely one a kind and I would (and will) use it on a regular basis. I suggest this deck for everyone from beginners to long time practitioners it is a MUST HAVE!

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) – You begin the month in the Ace of Swords telling you to look up and allow yourself to reach your goals. It is the time to get super focused on plans and putting things into action. Mid-month you move into the Page of Wands this is a time of miracles Gemini perfect for your birthday month! Just be sure to keep an eye out for them! You end the month as The Empress imbuing you  with abundance and giving you the impulse to nurture those around you.

Aries (March 21 - April 20) – The Tower greets you at the beginning of June in the Mary-El depiction of the tower the fires blaze brightly in this black fortress with these burned bodies falling from its lofty height. Don't get paranoid though Aries!! Fire is the only element that causes permanent transformation, the sword forged in high heat is both beautiful and strong forever changed from it's beginnings as a simple steel bar. You will be put through the fire at the beginning of the month but will come out forever transformed! The Knight of Disks stops in during the middle of the month, usually when I think of Knights I think of large armored men on horseback but in this deck it is depicted as a child sitting upon a lounging white tiger. A depiction of innocence and friendship this card comes across as something (or someone) others may see as a danger but to you it becomes a great resource or friend! You end the month in the Six of Swords bringing divine protection and aiding you in building bridges between people who are currently in conflict.

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) – You start out in the Knight of Wands inviting a fresh energy to help change your current situation. This could be a person who brings in a new perspective or a new opportunity. Either way get ready because life is about to speed  up! Temperance comes into play mid-month depicted as a tiger splashing into the water to fetch its prey this card warns that patience is key and right now may not be the best time to strike. Look for other opportunities or places to put your focus. You end the month in the Seven of Cups a solitary wolf sits, head bowed in profile the moon shines upon him. It is a relatively dark card but when I look into the eyes of this wolf it seems calculating to me, like they are biding their time and contemplating life's mysteries.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22) – June begins in the phase of the Magician telling you to be careful about underestimating yourself and to wake up and use your talents already! Don't deny your potential now is the time to find your niche and stick with it! If you are already in a career you love or have found your place in life now is the time to push boundaries and make things happen. The Emperor stops in during the middle of the month a sagely man with kind eyes and a plethora of symbolic tattoos he tries to remind you that patience is key and things do not happen overnight but keep applying that focused energy towards your current goals things will come to fruition. The Knight of Swords ends the month depicted by the owl in flight he tells you to look for the truth in the situations you currently face.

Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22) – Strength can be found in faith now is the time to be the giver of it and not the taker. Mid-month brings you to the Eight of Wands, a child is cradled in a blanket held in the arms of a lion of fire. The animal protects the child and the child lies trustingly in his arms, this child trusts just as you must trust the Universe during this time. At the end of the month you move into the Queen of Swords depicted as two crows one with an eye in it's wing telling you that now is the time for intellectual discussions and the trading of ideas.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22) –  An archer rides through the sky clothed in orange on a beautiful white charger he is the Ten of Wands telling you to rise above your current situation, allow yourself to see things from a different perspective. The branches of a tree wrapped around the ankles suspended the Hanged Man, now is the time for rest and introspection Virgo, allow yourself time to relax. There is no room for fear and doubt! The King of Swords tells you to banish the words can't, won't and don't from your dictionary, allow yourself to think only in positives the last part of this month.

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22) – A beautiful and enigmatic white wolf stares back at you from the Seven of Wands, it's piercing green eyes are gentle and full of wisdom. It is time to master your higher self, act with valor and integrity. The Goddess Ma'at comes to you dancing sensually she is the womb of the World and tells you that now things have come full circle, success is yours, allow yourself to feel fulfilled. At the end of the month you move into the Eight of Disks two fierce lions converge over an innocent lamb these two opposing forces represent balance coming into your life. Embrace it!!

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21) – The Hierophant visits you at the beginning of the month telling you that now is the time to act with benevolence upon those around you as frustrating as the situation may be. You enter the Seven of Disks mid-month telling you to become the master maker of your own destiny, right now free will reigns so write out your own fairy tale story. You end the month in the Page of Swords telling you to do what is right, and act with unconditional love.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) – You start June in the Queen of Disks encouraging you to create a place where people can feel safe, secure and able to share their feelings, and ideas. Don't be surprised if during this time you feel compelled to spend more time with nature, either gardening, hiking or just walking down the street. The Devil greets you mid-month this character tries to trick you into taking the easy way out even if it is not the right way. Ignore it Sagittarius, whatever you do, do NOT take that road, follow your heart and your gut when making decisions during this time. At the end of the month you run into the Seven of Swords a crow holds a green marble in it's beak whilst a white snake tries to wrestle the prize away. Use your cunning, reason and ability to innovate to aid you with work issues this month Sag, rely only on yourself don't worry about anyone else.

Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19) – A satyr sits beneath a tree about to eat a delicious red apple, no I'm not talking about Sam LaHood from the Lion the Witch & the WardrobeYo I'm speaking of the King of Disks. This faun brings with him a mastery of life and the ability to enjoy it! He imparts this same talent to you during the beginning of June. The Fool greets you mid month surrounded by butterflies he speaks of great changes and new adventures, embrace the changes that are to come! The end of the month heralds the ten of Disks gifting you with the knowledge that you have helped to change a small part of your world and now is the time to take a moment and pat yourself on your back!

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18) – You begin June in the Four of Wands looking up towards the top of a large barren tree it seems to go on forever! The energy it must have taken this tree to grow so tall, this card tells you to turn your creative energy into physical energy aimed toward your own growth and transformation. The King of cups greets you at the middle of June a Poseidon-like figure floats on his back holding his trident surrounded by lily pads he offers you good sleep and a knowledge of the self which releases you from the death grip and rule of the mind. You end the month with Death giving you the opportunity for profound change, to end a chapter of your life and begin anew.

Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20) – The Ten of Swords makes it's entrance at the beginning of June a skeletal crow rides upon a skeletal horse. The crow carries with him a scythe, this seems as though it would be most appropriate for the Death card however, I find that it suits very well, this card speaks of a death but it is the death of the ego, and the death of ignorance. A release from the mental prison that these two things can create. Embrace the freedom Pisces! The Eight of Cups stops in during the middle of June telling you to open your heart and act in love not in fear. You've released yourself from the prisons, now is the time to put on the mantle of righteousness. You end the month in The Chariot a woman is led by four wolves, be prepared for potential travel opportunities, also a realization of your power.

Tarotscopes: May 2012

Hello Lovelies!
May is here!! I hope with it we get some really nice weather, up here in the northeast it has still been wicked chilly! I want to give a shout out to my Taurean sister, Happy Birthday!! This month I am working with the ShadowFox Tarot by Richard and Jennifer ShadowFox. I have to say that I respect all tarot creators, that there is so much work, heart and soul that goes into creating any deck! However, when it comes to this deck I have to say I LOVE the book more than the deck. For those of you who have been following the Truthful Tarot you know that I never encourage people to read the books that come with decks, that I feel it is better to use your own interpretations but this book is AWESOME. I seriously feel it could have been sold on it's own without the deck and been worth the money! From astrological & alchemical correlations to the cards mood music and mythological connections it details everything you ever needed to know. I just want to know how they discovered the blood types of the cards!!
The deck itself is all based off of the idea of shadows, and I get that, there is a ton of negative space and the computerized imagery is not all that dynamic to me. I personally don't get a ton of inspiration from it and it's not the lack of color, I have read many black and white decks. There was no one card that jumped out and said, "Hey, look at me!" or any emotion coming through the cards. Again though, I do respect the time and effort put into deck and the ShadowFox Tarot is no different I respect what these creative individuals were aiming for but it felt to me as though the deck was more of an afterthought to the book.
I may get some flak for that, just know it is MY experience in working with this deck and MY opinion. I do feel this deck and especially the book is GREAT for any beginner or even advanced reader! It is phenomenal!

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) – Happy Birthday Taurus! You begin May in the Seven of Swords be sure to take advice given to you at the beginning of the month! Mid-month you meet the Hermit  telling you to let go of old grudges, and do some soul searching to help you move forward. You end the month in the Six of Swords giving the impression that you will be moving forward at light speed!

Aries (March 21 - April 20) – The Four of Swords greets you at the beginning of the month bringing with it a sense of stagnation and a break from hostility or a truce. Take advantage of it and allow yourself some time to rejuvenate! Next you move into the Queen of Pentacles follow the impulse to take a closer look at your financials, now is a great time to rework your budget and take a second look at your bank accounts. You finish out May in the Page of Cups indicating that now is a great time to head out on your own, there may be some extra obligations that you need to take care of but they are short term. This card can also indicate the birth or conception of a baby!

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) – Pay attention to your communication sources Gemini! The Page of Swords warns that your inbox, text or IM may get flooded with people wanting your attention. Vet them out and be sure to not take on to many obligations. Go into things with a curious and open mind over the first few weeks of May even the oddest opportunities may be worthwhile. Career changes, abundance, prosperity, goals reached! Sounds good right? Well you are in luck! Your in the Ace of Pentacles mid-May, indicating that your financial  and career goals will be met. You finish the month out in the Ace of Cups indicating that now is NOT the time to hold back your feelings, whether you are currently in a relationship or been keeping quiet with your crush don't hold back!


Cancer (June 22 - July 22) – Get comfy in your creativity because the Empress says it's time to be the idea person!! Just remember to remember those ideas! Write down your genius so that you have plenty of ideas just in case later on you hit a creative drought. You move into the Ten of Swords mid-month bringing with it a sense of foreboding, financial issues will become apparent during this time so just be careful with your money. This card can also indicate a possible bankruptcy or bad advice. You end the month in The Fool who tells you to be careful of extravagance and now is the time to walk on the conservative side, really weigh you options and look before you leap.

Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22) – Rule with benevolence says the Queen of Wands some may interpret your current way of decision making as hasty or aggressive but you know what your doing. Do not let your pride get in the way over the next couple of weeks though and be open to criticism. Work, work, work! But are you working because you love it or because it's a great way to keep your mind off of other things? The Ten of Wands wants you to remember your friends and family need you too! The Moon tells you to pay attention to your intuition even if it means taking a more difficult road at the end of the month.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22) –  Death greets you at the beginning of the month indicating that there is big (and possibly uncomfortable) change on the horizon. It is important that you go with this change, and learn to detach a little bit in order to take a step back and see where this change leads. Mid-month brings you to the Two of Wands telling you that you have had success with the changes at the beginning of the month but that patience is still called for in order to attain your goals. At the end of the month you move into the Four of Pentacles saying that although you may go by the motto, "If you want it done right, do it yourself." You may be inadvertently pushing away others around you. Now is the time to delegate responsibilities and trust the people around you to fulfill the tasks necessary to get the job done.

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22) – Balance dear Libra balance!!! I know your frustrated with this seeming eternal struggle as depicted by the Two of Pentacles but Universe tells you now is not time to try to control the situation around you rather stay fluid and go with the flow. The Hanged Man greets you at the middle of the month telling you that now is the time to stand backstage and be a supporting character rather than center stage. At the end of the month your focus should be on your total commitment to new projects and your current path as told by The Lovers.

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21) – Take time for your family Scorpio! Now is the time to recollect old family stories, and traditions says the Ten of Pentacles. Pass it down to your family, look to imbue them with the strength of your ancestors. Don't let you passion get the best of you! The King of Swords indicates that now is the time to collect the information, analyze, check and double check before making any important decisions! The Queen of Cups tells you to use your innate ability to help & heal for those around you at the end of the month.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) –  Discipline and determination have brought you thus far Sagittarius keep going The Chariot promises you success at the beginning of May. Try it again, and again, and again. In order to achieve sometimes we have to do the same things in repetition to know that we have it EXACTLY right! The Eight of Pentacles warns that you must not become frustrated, that you will gain recognition or promotion in your chosen field of study or work but right now it is about finding the formula for the perfect result you are looking for in the task at hand. This will help you to gain that respect from co-workers and leaders within your field. The Seven of Wands ends the month for you with a great big

Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19) – Events have been set in motion Capricorn now all you can do is wait to see if your efforts, planning and diligence were worthwhile. In the meantime the Eight of Wands encourages you to get ready for some new adventures coming up which include some possible travel plans. Mid-month brings with it the energy of The Magician, giving you permission to truly seize the day! Recognize that you CAN and WILL become who you aspire to be by using your determination and your talents. You end May in the Two of Cups indicating the beginning of a new partnership, this may include love or business. Either way it is a binding and lasting affair in which you will find much contentment and happiness.

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18) –Its all about the future my water bearing friend the Knight of Wands indicates that you should follow your impulses and plan ahead because the next six months are of great importance to your future! Temperance stops by mid-month to help you learn moderation, now is not the time to go to extremes but rather attempt some form of balance. Don't stress to much or party to hard! You end the month in the Six of Wands reminding you to give credit where it is due and to recognize that your successes (and failures) are due to more than just your efforts.

Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20) – You begin the month in the Six of Cups bringing a sense of nostalgia and thinking about the 'good ol' days' it is also a time to focus on the younger generation and their growth. Mid-month you meet the Emperor carrying with him a call to action, now is not the time to sit on your laurels! Get up, and get motivated! Assert control over your current situation and bring order to the chaos surrounding you. You end the month in the Three of Pentacles the house of money has gifted you with an opportunity to put your skills on display to better help you solidify a good financial position. If your an artist get working and start planning for an exhibit, if you work in an office be prepared because a big project will be coming your way. Either way be sure to do your best work this is a way to get on the fast track!!

April 2012 Tarotscopes

Hello Lovelies!!

April is a great month for creating change. The scent of spring in the air, the idea of cleaning out clutter, it is a month of transformation and potential growth!! This month I decided to choose one of my personal favorite artists, Bosch!! Yes the imagery is sometimes shocking, but I absolutely love it nonetheless! The deck was compiled and edited by Pietro Alligo with instruction guide written by the publisher Lo Scarabeo. The Bosch Tarot gives a dreamlike view of fantasy and fears from the Flemish artist. Whether little humanoid beings holding coins between their butt cheeks as depicted in the 10 of Coins or the rotund demonish creatures playing maces like trumpets as in the 2 of Wands it is an exciting and enigmatic deck that will keep interpretations brewing for hours!

Aries (March 21 - April 20) – Happy Birthday Aries!!!! Just a shout out Happy Birthday Alysia Love you cousin!!! The start of this month may be a little rough, your in the Ace of Swords finances are okay but insecurities will hold you back from pursuing important goals, it's time to face your fears!! Mid-month you move into the Knight of Pentacles narrow scopes and closed minds will not stop your creative energy! You need to be self-sufficient, employee, manager and boss all in one during this time. You glide into the Knave of Wands at the end of the month indicating that now is the time to dig deep and find answers, the card of the philosopher and the investigator, everything has an answer and you my dear will have some burning questions. Go dig, get your answers, you may not be happy but at least you will have the truth.

Taurus (April 21 - May 20) – Death greets you at the beginning of the month asking you to lay to rest an argument or issue, give the forgiveness or find the solution best suited to you but either way let it go and allow yourself to grow, change and move on. The middle of April you slide into the Three of Wands giving you the energy to create what you need, this could be framing a house, repainting a room, this card is one of a craftsman, builder, or handyman. Get your toolbelt out! You end the month in the Moon giving you the ability to dream, but be sure not to get lost in your dreams and forget where reality lay. 

Gemini (May 21 - June 21) – Two out of three cards are wands this month Gemini indicating a need to look inward for answers. At the start of April you are in the Nine of Wands, pay attention on all fronts, this card indicates that you have been protective and nurturing one aspect (home, health, wealth, family etc) rather than the whole thing. Now is not the time to hyperfocus, but to spread out your energies. The Wheel comes in mid-month telling you that now is not the time to get wrapped up in other peoples issues, worries, stress and dramas. You are NOT going to find enlightenment by aiding others at this time, but rather by taking a step back and asking how does their suffering mirror your own situation and finding new ideas through contemplation. At the end of the month you meet the King of Wands indicating a time where you must lead and teach by example rather than explanation. Step into the shoes of the role model, embrace it, now is your time to educate and expand the mind, moral and to inspire those around you.

Cancer (June 22 - July 22) – Do not let fear hold you back warns the Ace of Chalices, fear of love, failure, success, or fear to trust. These fears will raise your hackles at the beginning of April, causing you to become a wee bit defensive. Be open to new ideas, critiques and suggestions, don't let those fears reinterpret the words of the speaker or skew your perspective of the situation. Take a step back, be contemplative and objective. Mid-month you meet the High Priestess, she urges you towards wishful thinking and plenty of prayer. By praying on your goal, situation or problem, it allows for better concentration and focus. Mid-April brings with it the Three of Swords indicating that someone around you is not quite as pure of heart as you believed. At the end of the month you move into the Two of Swords indicating a battle coming forth but be careful, one misstep and you will become that which you have been trying to fight.

Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22) –  You begin this month in the Four of Wands urging you to take the offense rather than defending yourself. Mid-month you move into Temperance who asks you to be patient, and remember that small changes lead to big things!! You finish the month in the Six of Chalices, reminding you that moments whether good or bad are fleeting and to savor life's experiences.

Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22) – Don't lust after what you don't have Libra go out and CREATE IT! So says the Knave of Pentacles. You may have been dreaming of riches or stature, of a certain piece of jewelry or a certain position at a company. Either way make it happen, now is the time and your energy is perfect to put out a mix of manifestation and elbow grease! Mid-April you run into the Seven of Chalices indicating that what seemed to be impossible has actually become possible. Don't second guess it, just go with it. You end the month with the Four of Pentacles, confirming what Universe has been trying to teach you this month, NO GOAL IS OUTSIDE OF YOUR REACH!

Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21) – Don't make any hasty Judgments of decisions at the beginning of the month Scorpio your in the house of Judgment Reversed, indicating a possible skewed perspective that will not allow for clear thinking and may cause you to trip up. You slide into The World during the middle of April bringing you to a point where you can truly learn to accept yourself, both the good and the bad. Along with it comes a simple sense of completion as though you have come full circle. At the end of the month you move into the Seven of Pentacles telling you that now is the time to clean house!! There are things around you which hold no real meaning, but are just there collecting dust. Get rid of the artificial and but object with a higher meaning in positions where they will get the most attention.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 20) –  The Knight of Chalices tells you to be conscious of how you are relaying messages over this period of time. Be sure to give good details and get to the point, also double check that the recipient is hearing (or reading) what your actually saying and not what they perceive you to be saying. Next you come upon the Hanged Man telling you to take off the blinders and look all around you and from all different perspectives. The situation can be remedied but you may have to take an unusual route. You end April in the Ten of Swords giving you the motivation to add to your armory, collecting new skills and discovering new tactics to aid you in future endeavors.

Capricorn (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19) – Watch out for all of those commitments Capricorn you may get crushed under the weight of your responsibilities. In order to take of others you need to take care of yourself and the Eight of Pentacles warns you that taking on anything more will break you. In fact, you may need to trim some of the workload down now and release yourself from some of the responsibilities you've already taken on.  The King of Chalices makes a grand entrance during the middle of April, people will be coming to you Capricorn, there will be many opportunities for you to tell your story, give advice and share your experiences. You've had plenty of ups, plenty of downs and now is the time to help others by sharing what you've been through. At the end of the month you breeze into the Two of Chalices encouraging you to remember the fight and the fatigue, to remember what made you who and what you are. Now is the time to look back and appreciate, reevaluate and reorganize!

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18) – Remember to LAUGH!! The Six of Wands reminds you to embrace the child within you and find the humor in the depressing and absurd situations you find yourself in during the beginning of April. Afterwards you move into the Ten of Chalices, indicating that it is time to put a focus on the home, not literally the house but the family. Share some bonding time, reconnect with your loved ones its important to keep the family together and strong. At the end of the month you greet the Knave of Chalices, who tells you that now is the time to decide who is helping you and who is hurting you. Every once in a blue moon you need to clean out your toxic people closet. Now is that time.

Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 20) – Everyone experiences emotion differently Pisces and it's important that you remember this, so says the Eight of Chalices. It may not make sense to you but the cards are asking you to be fair to those around you and give validation to the others feelings. Emotions are not statements of fact, and by validating their feeling you are only giving the respect that the other person deserves. However, if there is still a point to argue, be sure to stand your ground. The Chariot rides in during the middle of April bringing with it the feeling of everything crashing down on you, there is no escape, these situations need to be handled and the Chariot is there to remind you, you can run, but you cannot hide. March 2012 Tarotscopes

Hello Lovelies!
Can you feel it? Spring is coming!! But you know what they say about March right? In like a lion out like a lamb! There are so many colorful weather related sayings during this month, because it is such a mercurial time. March is where I feel we truly transition from winter to spring, when our minds and spirits begin to get a little antsy for the coming spring and the growth it brings. I love this month, it's one of those where ANYTHING can happen, the change in energies is profound and allows for great surprises!

Speaking of profound this month I'm working with the Simply Deep Tarot authored by Chanel Bayless with artwork from James Battersby. Chanel stresses the idea of detachment when reading cards to better get a grip on the layers of the cards and become more honest with yourself and  those around you. I can totally agree with her on that! Having run tarot classes and been a reader for years I know that we can often see what we want to see in the cards. Even the 'worst' cards can be spun to sound like a blessing when we refuse to be completely honest. The art is okay, I have a couple of favorite cards such as Strength, and the Kings/Queens of the suits as well as the Ace of Wands. It is a colorful deck  with each suit color coded by framed images, the images are extremely detailed and I can see where they would call it deep as you can look at the cards four or five times and notice something new every time. One thing I absolutely love is there are no descriptive words on the cards so it leave it completely open to interpretation!

Aquarius - Happy Birthday Aquarius!! Your month is going to be great starting out very quick paced as you begin in the Knight of Swords, don't go to fast though your need for speed may cause you to overlook some important things particularly around work! The Princess of Wands comes in mid month gifting you with the need to explore your surroundings and your own feelings. Universe will most likely send a couple of challenges your way during mid-month to help you understand your internal process better. Go to them with an open mind and no expectation. You end the month in the Queen of Coins indicating abundance and hospitality or generosity, whether you are having friends stay over or helping the poor now is the time to give your resources to those who you feel deserve.


Aries - You start the month in the Two of Cups bringing with it a sense of romance and the feeling of a great union. This does not always apply to love relationships but business as well, it can indicate the perfect energy between you and your work, or between you and friends/partners. Either way, enjoy it! Gemini - The Devil is at your door at the beginning of March Gemini! Be careful of unhealthy addictions and desires, now is the time to really face your issues and release some of your burdens. Don't let negative tapes or voices from the past dictate how you will deal with your future! Nine of Swords comes through mid-month keeping you awake with worry, those negative tapes that tell you that you can't and your fears are working overtime. Don't let them run or ruin your life, Universe is continuing to give you the opportunity to face things head on and prove to yourself that you CAN. You end the month in the Four of Wands indicating that having faced your issues it is now time to move on to the next level! Congratulations..you've passed the trial by fire!


Cancer - You begin the month in the Six of Cups indicating a return of someone from your past. It is a happy reunion though and a re-connection you are more than glad to make! Mid-month Death rolls in indicating a big change, but these are never without sacrifice. You have to be willing to give in order to receive. Libra - You've got some major players in your cards this month Libra. The Star burns bright for you at the beginning of March indicating a need to retain hope in others, situations and yourself. Be the Star in your own life and people will pick up on that new found confidence. Just that change alone will bring new opportunities to you! Mid-month it will be a little more difficult to hold onto that confident feeling as the Wheel of Fortune moves in bringing with it a sense of change....but from where or when no one knows. Universe has your back though and now is the time to just go with the flow. At the end of the month you move into the Eight of Cups, a lovely card with the idea of progress in it's energy. You use emotional lessons learned from the past in order to climb the stairs that bring you to your future.

Scorpio - Wow, the beginning of March is not your best Scorpio with the presence of the Nine of Wands bringing chaos and calamity, but keep your cool and put out the fire. Part of this chaos comes from YOU being stuck in old ways of thinking, there is more than one way to douse the flame, look for other methods rather than your old go to. It will allow you to save time and be more prosperous. Evidently you followed the cards advice because by mid-month you are the hero as depicted in the Six of Wands, you gain the loyalty and trust of your people and move ahead to continue old plans or start new! By the end of the month things have settled down quite a bit and it is time to rejoice in the fruits of your labor as indicated by the Ten of Cups. Relax.....

Sagittarius - Keep trying Sag! You can't pull a tree out of the ground using your bare hands, as much as the Ten of Wands tries it's just not happening. Stop trying to rely only on yourself to get the job done, reach out to others around you. Once you do the World will open up at the middle of the month and become your oyster. Be on your guard! Two of Wands comes into play at the middle of March letting you know that now is the time to put thoughts and ideas onto paper, be very careful in how you word or depict those ideas though, anything you send out during the middle of March WILL manifest. You end the month at the Knight of Coins, this shows that there is a lot of hard work going on and a possibility of travel for work. Either way be sure to take advantage and make it as much pleasure as it is business!

Pisces - At the beginning of March you are influenced by the Five of Wands, giving you a feeling of  the connection between all things. It can also indicate a mess that must be unraveled! As you slowly put pieces together your own personal growth and changes will happen. Mid-Month the Fool enters telling you to keep the faith but also to use your resources to do due diligence before hopping on the bandwagon. Tarotscopes July 2011

Hey Friends!

Happy July! This month we are going to be using Tarot in the Land of Mysterium by Jordan Hoggard. This is a 78 card tarot deck although the cards are much bigger than your usual tarot, the point of this deck is to help you learn about yourself, you character, traits, and to use your imagination and intuition! From my understand of the deck each card is not a card but a character and you begin to understand yourself based on how you feel or what you see around this character! Sounds pretty interesting! The art itself is pretty cool, using bold color choices with an almost psychedelic feel to them, its a standard format with Major Arcana, Minor Arcana and pips. But the art is very different than other standard decks, which I love, you can really tell that the illustrator took artistic license and allowed their creativity to manifest. This in turn inspires the reader to let their own creative juices flow!
 Now that I've done that little bit let me also tell you it comes with a 192 page book! I love how the writer literally writes as the character. When describing the Hanged Man it starts with:

"Hey there! Up here in the tree! Welcome! Do you like playing on the jungle gym? Do you like climbing and hangin' out? I sure do! I hear you have a message for me from my Mom The Empress. Cool, Kewel! What is it?!
Climb on up in your mind and hang out with me. Your imagination is the best and safest first place things like this. You do not need to be concerned about these ropes. They are loose! I imagined them there so I could really see and feel the connection between my hands and between my foot and my favorite tree!"

Comical and entertaining Tarot in the Land of Mystereum challenges you to open your mind and let your imagination take you over, to release control and enter a dreamland where anything is possible and you can feel safe in discovering who YOU really are.

CANCER - Happy Birthday to all of the Cancers out there! This month will start out on a fairly positive footing with the 6 of Wands entering your atmosphere indicating success! A feeling of great accomplishment just soak in those wonderful energies and enjoy the moment. Mid month brings along the 6 of Pentacles urging you to communicate honestly and to give to others in order to receive what you need! Now is the time to put some solid positive energy out there, don't be afraid to help friends through their issues, you can spare the time right now. Present your ideas clearly and concisely and stick to the simple truths of the matter.

Leo - You begin the month in the phase of the Hermit movement is constant whether in body or mind. Now is the time to really take a look and discover how you feel, what is your point of view on the world? The Two of Pentacles join you at the middle of the month warning you that you may feel you need instant gratification in order to boost your ego and sense of accomplishments, but now is the time to fight that part of yourself. This cards says that now is time to think long term and rather than rushing work, manage your time wisely and maintain balance. The Tower greets you at the end of the month indicating big changes! Your resistance to change has crumbled and false ideas and structures are torn asunder leaving you feeling new and free.

Scorpio -The 2 of Swords meets you at the start of July, indicating a decision to be made and the need to really strategize, you may be the one judging the situation rather than actually being involved in the argument.
